I will never go anywhere else! I have major anxiety when even thinking of going to the dentist (stems from 2 bad experiences) I searched the Roanoke area and called several offices... Finally I found Pam (the receptionist) on the other end conversing with me and she honestly put me at ease. I scheduled my appointment right then! Dr. Ramsey and his staff always provide a positive experience. I have been going for years and have received extensive work. I am always impressed with Dr. Ramsey’s level of care. The staff is kind and courteous. I highly recommend his office.
Great dentist! Dr. Irby shares what I need to know in terms I can understand. I moved to Roanoke six months ago and was able to establish care with Dr. Irby. He followed up on cavities that had been found by my previous dentist, and helped me come up with the best combination of monitoring and treatment. He just did fillings today on the ones that required them and did a thorough job; I was surprised by how little discomfort was involved.
Brand new to the state. Jackie was my hygienist and she was very gentle, friendly and helpful. Dr. Irby and all of his staff are wonderful. Very thorough, caring and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
Dr. Irby and his team went above and beyond. I had a chipped front tooth 1 week before Christmas.They worked around my schedule, spending their entire lunch break making my smile just right. I highly recommend them for their kindness, professionalism, and skill.
