Smarika is a very attentive to detail and listens carefully to what needed to be done . She knows multiple language including Nepalese and Spanish.
Both this location and the Colfax location have helped me for years. Recently, Yailin at the Federal location has been a great help with my case. She’s been very communicative and has taken the time to explain my options. Even though my case is taking longer than expected due to USCIS, I’ve felt supported throughout the process. I really appreciate all their help.
I think they should have a better process. We did a consult and they told us they could take our case. We payed the first payment of over a thousand dollars and when we brought papers requested they told us they were not able to help us. Our money or part of was never returned even though we were upfront with all the information from the beginning.
