Disappointed!!! The booking of the consultation went well, the hiring for a GEO visit for a relative went ok but unfortunately afterwards when I had more questions and wanting to do the hiring to have the office represent my relative at the immigration hearing was a horrible experience, called the office at least eight times within one week period and every time I contacted them their receptionist name Elizabeth was very unprofessional and rude, never received a call back. 2 THUMBS DOWN! First, we were informed that our consultation appointment with John Pearce had been double booked (approximately five minutes after our scheduled time) with another consultation appointment. John was still on his lunch break at the time of our appointment. The front desk staff immediately offered to re-schedule us, not taking into account that my husband and I had to take time off from work to be at the appointment, and their office is approximately 30 minutes away.
