If you call them about your case, They say they are going to reach out to you In 24 to 48 hours but they never return your call. I was trying to reach someone in the office and I was on hold for over an hour and it hanged up by itself. I never received my residency card and they want me to apply again and pay 500 more plus their fees (again) DO NOT Recommend. I hired them because they are very known on TV and the radio station. My Paralegal was Ramon. Good luck if you get him.
