I purchase a new Resmed 11 Bipap last November 3 from My Respiratory Company. Yash gave a good price and shipped on time. However, when the machine malfunctioned, he has not replied to my text and emails. I was in sales for 35 years, and my sales were only as good as my service. It takes about 1 min to respond to a warranty process request, so, NO, I will not be recommending this company, and I would advise you to think about this post when considering purchasing a CPAP or BiPAP
