Their tech, Baldemar, quickly zeroed in on a bad circuit board. I would definitely call them again.
Horrible service no communication i had to call every week to check on the status of parts after the 3rd week I requested a refund. They keep giving me the run around" ever time was we will get back to you later today" took them 3 months to refund me half of my money, I had to go in person to get the money they owed me Never again
