Four different repairman came over to fix my dishwasher. It still does not work correctly. Took two weeks to get a refund. This place is not recommended at all.
Careful, their answering service lied and gathered my personal information (name, phone & physical address) for whatever reason. A tech never showed up at agreeded appointed date. When an employee was reached a later date, no explanation was given as to why this happened when questioned. Was given an apology couple times, end call.
Im an existing customer and they keep hanging the phone up on me! Such terrible customer service.
Great and friendly service. I appreciated the updates on when a technician will arrive. Technician temporarily fixed my washer until parts arrived to fix it 100% but in the meantime we did not go without a washer. Thank you all.
