I would give this property management company 1 out of 5 stars, and honestly if I could leave negative 5 stars I would. From the day we moved in, the experience was terrible. The house was clearly not properly cleaned or inspected before we arrived. The refrigerator did not work at all when we moved in, which should have been caught before tenants took possession. Even worse, we discovered broken glass throughout the carpet in multiple areas of the home, which my wife and kids stepped on. That’s a serious safety issue and co... read more

Please please run this company is so unprofessional that im upset I had to leave any stars on this review the communication skills these people have are none the property manager we worked with was Tiffany Williams I had issues with her talking to my family members about my rental lease obligations so they are heavy on the invasion of privacy she should have been talking with the mold specialist for the mold test I requested but never got I ended up getting my own the repairs were so multiple the city of tempe came out and i... read more
I had a great experience renting. Justin was always responsive—maintenance requests were handled quickly, and any questions or concerns were answered the same day or by the next day. Highly recommend!
