This is a terrible, horrific company. Do not do business with them. They don't even exterminate their property. They will nickel and dime you.
Every bad review that I read about this place was accurate. I was skeptical about applying through them. I submitted my application, and waited. 2 weeks later, after hearing NOTHING, I sent a follow up email. They rep didn't even read it, and sent the same generic email in response. I replied again that "I applied." Some rude woman called me, and said "I sent you an email, requesting further information." I responded that I didn't receive it. She: "It may be in your spam." So like others i was also told a lower deposit only to try and get charged for a higher deposit. Didn’t work on me, After that issue my father which is a lawyer here in Atlanta told me to be careful because that shows what kind of buisness they are doing. So know I’ve been here for 2 months first month I tried paying my rent alone, Which showed clear with confirmation etc only to receive a email back on August 5 saying I will be charged a fee nor will I be able to pay online. I wish there was a rating less than a star. This is truly the worst organization to deal with. I would almost pay another service for an enemy than to ever wish this company and its management on anyone. I could write a short book on the issues and how poor this company is. If you want to live a peaceful life do not, I repeat do not ever even dial their number and certainly never ever rent a property that is associated with them in any way. There aren't enough words honestly to describe how horrible they are.
