I completed my new client check in forms prior to arrival and arrived early today to see Brittney. There was no one else there but yet she wasn’t ready until 15 min after my scheduled time. No smile, no “Welcome to Rejuvenate”, no “Sorry to keep you waiting” or “Nice to meet you”. Absolutely rushed and cold. I have very keen discernment and she was assuming I, as a black woman, couldn’t afford their program (which was not only false, the cost was less than I anticipated).
