Dakota was hands down the best choice for a realtor in the Miami Valley. I hired him to help my 73 year old father to sell his house. Where do I start? Impossible to include all the grief this guy has caused me and my wife in our retirement days. Have a lawyer explain your contract he writes up. For God's sake don't trust him. 10s of thousands lost by intentionally not telling us that our asking price 2 years ago is 50k +plus below market in order to sell to his family member.
