I moved out of state with little notice for a job opportunity. Dakota and his team did an excellent job handling everything. They helped with the remaining items in the house, coordinated getting it professionally cleaned, and made the process smooth even while I was out of town. Dakota was hands down the best choice for a realtor in the Miami Valley. I hired him to help my 73 year old father to sell his house.
