We are Colorado natives and love the mountains, skiing and hiking. Visiting the Phoenix area was an eye opener to find relief from the Colorado winters. Rodney was very patient with us and showed us so many houses before we found our home. It was my wife’s and I first time buying a house and Rodney made the process seem easy. He helped us through the entire process and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. He’s very good at negotiating, saved us a bunch on closing cost! Rodney is a phenomenal realtor, if you’re looking for a dedicated realtor that’s cares about his clients I would 100% recommend him!

We worked with Rodney recently to sell our home. When we initially contacted Rodney, we had our home listed with a different agent and it had been sitting on market for a long time with no action. I don’t write reviews but man Rodney was amazing he sold my house and helped me look for a new house to purchase. When it came to selling my house he got what I wanted and didn’t budge when we got low offers and as other houses in my neighborhood stayed on the market he got mine sold fast. And as it came to purchasing my new home he wasn’t afraid to negotiate and get me a great price better than I expected. I couldn’t be more happy with his help though everything!!

Rodney is phenomenal. He made the entire process smooth and very easy. He kept me up to date every step of the way. His excellent negotiating skills saved me money. Very professional with excellent customer service. But most importantly, he’s possesses passion for his clients. I highly recommend him. He’s honest and upright.
