Their staff are rude and incompetent to level I can barely comprehend. The doctor I see is fine, but not worth the mental fatigue and frustration I endure when having to interact with anyone else at their practice. I implore you not to seek help at My Psychiatrist. It was nothing but a mistake for me.
Their billing office does not seem to have the appropriate level of empathy and compassion for patients suffering from mental illness. Rather than show patience and grace they threaten access to mental health services and talk down to patients like they are children. The doctors do excellent work but they are very poorly represented by their callous and mean-spirited billing office and practice manager.
