My fiancé was initially happy to find them. They seemed to care, and her first few appointments were good; they listened to her concerns and needs. The past few attempts to get in touch with a doctor have gone terribly, though. They switch her doctor every time she has an appointment and constantly claim that no one takes her insurance, even though their office does and always gets paid. When I tell you do not even attempt to go here- DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! Since I have been going here, they’ve changed my doctor almost every single appointment. They also wait until a day or so before your appointment and cancel it or ‘reschedule’ for multiple weeks out, even if you NEED a medication refill- they will NOT help you. One of the only people in Fort Smith who listened to my thoughts and concerns & who actually made me feel better. I hate taking medication but since I have to I’m glad it’s with them.
