If I could give zero stars I would, Nisha was my stylist, She did my fronal wig horribly and kept me waiting 2 hours past my appointment to do someone's hair she walked in with. I was being stupid and gave her another chance and paid a $25 deposit for a silk press, She texted and tried to reschedule And I explained to her I booked for the appointment that I was able to make knowing I was Going Out of town the next day. I just recently got my hair done and my lace is already lifting up. I mean my whole frontal dang near lifted up. Mind you it hasn’t been done for more than two days. I went to hairstylesby_nisha. Then let’s talk about how she’s always late. This is my second time coming to her and this is the second time my appointment was pushed back by hours. The customer service is -0 stars. They are never open on time and their attitudes are not very pleasant. The only thing that has kept me is the hair quality, I can not lie about that. They’re extremely unprofessional in every way. I have been waiting outside for 20 minutes because they are not in the building although their hours say 10-7. This is why I hate supporting black owned businesses. 30 minutes after 10 and this store is still not open, how ridiculous.
