Not impressed with them at all. Took them several weeks to figure out the issue with our pump. Then they replaced the entire automated system. But then had to come back out several times to get it to work. Finally took me looking at it to see why the automation wouldn’t come on. Their lack of communication between employees is ridiculous. I asked if they would give us a break on a price to clean the pool since the repair drug on over a month. She said she’d have to ask. Never heard from her again. Very impressed with the people with My Pool Guy. Both Kristals were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had someone come out for the pool school to teach me how my system operated as I’m new to having a pool and just purchased this home with a pool. That went great. I also had the cleaning division come out for a one time clean after my pool started to get some green spots. Elias did a great job! They did a fantastic job remodeling our pool several years ago and have always been available for answering our questions and quick on service calls! They are the best!!!
