I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I specifically booked an appointment with the senior podiatrist, however I was kept waiting for over an hour without any prior notice. I was then taken in by another clinician who told she was busy, with an additional expected wait time of 20–30 minutes. At no point was I contacted in advance to advise of the significant delay, which I would have appreciated given I had specifically requested to see Elizabeth and had other commitments scheduled. After waiting more than half an hour after my appointment time I left, then decided to give them another chance and went to another appointment. They couldn't complete my service as they didn't have the machine! Very disappointing and not a very well organised booking system.
I found My Podiatrist CBD and Elizabeth's positive reviews online due to seeking out a second opinion on my ingrown toenails after a previous podiatrist insisted I needed nail surgery. I had been seeing my previous podiatrist for 2 years and what a difference it was to see Elizabeth. She was gentle, informative and extremely friendly. I will be trying the new Onyfix treatment to address the nails and look forward to (hopefully) successful results.
