UPDATE: They have made a change of business strategy and no longer offer residential service calls. That's their right, and I will miss their service. Based on five interactions on several subjects -- I can recommend this company without hesitation. Prices are reasonable. They show up when promised. Everybody was abundantly professional on the phone. They stand behind their work. They have earned my future business.
This is the third time I use this company. They are phenominal! Their work ethics are exceptional. And they are local. I’m a strong advocate for local businesses. What’s that commercial on tv, I LOVE THOSE GUYS. Well, I love these guys!!! Keep up the great work!
Great company to work with. Very reasonable prices. Lindsay was very helpful called right away to set up an appt. William DeRpsa show up on time. Left everything clean checked that everything was working. He showed me everything that was replace. Very respectful, very honest. Highly recommend them.
I contacted My Plumbing Company, since they were a local plumbing company, to provide a quote for replacing my main shut-off water valve, which had rusted. I spoke with Lindsay, at their office, who inquired what type of work I needed & scheduled a time for their plumber to come & provide a free estimate. She explained their plumber would call at least 1/2 hour before the appointment to let me know their estimated arrival time.
