Tim was responsive, came out the next day and identified my 17 year old water heater was leaking. He replaced it the same day- answered all my questions and was super nice through it all. I will absolutely use him again for my home plumbing issues.
The service was A-1. On-time did what we contract him to do.
Tim from My Plumber was awesome . They responded right away and Tim check out my situation and then reassured me that everything will be fine and fixed the things that needed to be fixed . And everything was done in a responsible time frame and was very neat with his work . Thanks again for everything , Greg W .
