Beyond the usual plumbers. Tim has the customer service skills and the ability to make sure that the customer is satisfied!! Great job guys!!
If I could give Tim more than 5 stars, I would! He's a hands-on professioal who demonstrated his hard work and skill. Tim came to our house to scope out the repairs that needed to be done and gave me a fair price. No price gouging, just honest workmanship. It's hard to give trust away especially to a stranger. It didn't take long for me to see I could trust him. I have already scheduled him to do more work. I highly recommend him to anyone with confidence.
We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. After having two other plumbers come out who couldn’t figure out where our leak was coming from, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and found that the bathroom sink had a crack causing the leak. This company was amazing. I called them to get some help with troubleshooting my tankless water heater as we had no hot water, and it was my 3rd round of repairs. The first two was by a different company. This plumber technician named Tim not only came same day but showed up early which was great and convenient. Did the repairs, and retested. So grateful they could accommodate us same day. Hopefully, this will be the last repair. Would recommend Mr. Plumber LLC any day. Thank you much.
