Worked with My Plumber a couple of times and they are always so easy to work with. Friendly, efficient, and competitive pricing.
After contacting several plumbing company's regarding the cost to replace shower cartridges I chose "MY Plumber" on 04/04/2025. They came out that day and over the phone provided a rough estimate of costs to replace the shower cartridges. The plumber (Matthew) was professional, customer friendly and did not over charge or try to over price the job. I was very pleased with his work, and I would utilize My Plumber again.
I was referred to My Plumber by my Heating/HVAC service company. My sump pump alarm went off in the middle of the night and I could see that there was much more water collected in the sump pump bucket than usual. Clearly there was a problem. I called My Plumber at 8:20 in the morning and I had a service man at my home at 9:00 a.m. By 10:30 a.m., I had a new sump pump installed and my alarm was reconnected. We had a pipe burst in the wall due to the sub zero temps this week . Call my plumber at 6:00 pm and had an appointment for next day at 9:00-9:30 . Called ahead to tell me they were on the way . Fixed the problem quickly with a very fair price . I definitely will use them again and also refer them to others .
Thanks and kudos to "leading man" Tony and "co-star" Alex! First they helped me search for the source of a leak in my laundry room. They checked everything but with no success--that time. Then, in the frigid cold, they came a few days later to install a new water tank. They considerately put all their supplies in the garage so the garage door could be closed against the 0 degree temperature.
