The storage is fine for what I had but it would be better if had carts or dollies to use just in case you didn't have one.
No access by phone! Came to the office 2 days in a row and it was closed BEFORE the listed closing time each day. Came in on the 3rd day at the listed opening time and it was still closed. No response by phone, no call backs, no replies to emails. But when its time for a rent increase or a bill is due, it is automatically done on time. Lack of in person access is UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!
Great experience with this storage facility. Sharon , the manager is professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. She made the process smooth and stress free. My place is highly recommended.
Hi , I'm very pleased with MyPlace Self Storage as a whole. My problem is with the silver numbers on the lock. It took me a long time to put in the code. Even with the light on my phone shining on the numbers it was hard to recognize the numbers.
