We stayed 7/12-7/14. The hotel meets our needs. I did not care for this city. It feels unsafe with way too many homeless everywhere you go.
We never stayed here before but we were impressed with the room and a full size refrigerator and a small hot plate it also a nice chair and the bed was very comfortable and nice staff.the only thing was no breakfast and no pool. Overall it was great.
Don't mean to be a Karen but this place felt really unsafe and unclean. I saw weird stains on two of the pillows after I inspected the bed for bed bugs upon arrival -- it looked like a faded blood stain. So I put them on a recliner chair in the room. The following night I saw a male bed bug just sitting on one of those pillows that I placed on the recliner chair. Absolutely disgusted, I slept in the bathtub after asking for clean/fresh bedding. I stayed in the handicap accessible room for 1 night. Didn't know till I got hm that I carried a bed bug home with me. I never experienced this before, so I went to urgent care cause I was all of a sudden itchy,with bumps , but my hubby wasn't . For the hotel Staff is nice and it looked clean but never ever . Gross af. Check your beds and room before putting your stuff down. Lesson learned.
