Our towels were stained with something brown. The body wash bottle in the shower had mold on it. Sink looked like someone spit in it. There was broken glass on the floor and sunflower seeds. Our kids were walking barefoot on these floors. Not a thorough cleaning was done by Dennille prior to us coming. When we went to check out i would have told the front desk (Kendra) but she was on the phone with her mom and didn’t even ask how my stay was. First time staying at a My Place hotel, very impressed with this one so I will definitely be checking out other My Place hotels
I was not thrilled with this stay. On the website it showed that breakfast was included, but when we got there, we found out you had to pay $7.50 for food that you could put in the microwave in your room. We also found out that they only clean their rooms every four days so we didn’t even get our room cleaned. Many of the reviews said that the beds were super comfortable. I found them very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Great hotel! We were trying to find a place to stay at 2am and they answered the phone immediately and got us a room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel and their employees definitely care about their customers!
