Great experience made stay easy convenient and comfortable the staff is very nice especially Kaitlin she was very friendly and gave very good long-term stay comfortability overall this has been a great experience for my family and myself.

We spent the month in Canada with my wife's family 12/2025. On the way home back to Arkansas, we stopped at My Place Hotel. I'm very particular and I expect the money I pay to provide the service a reasonable person should expect. This hotel was flawless. The desk clerk was just as nice as could be and did her job so well. The lobby was clean and in perfect order. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor (elevator was clean, no odor). I've stayed here many times over the last 2 years. This time my room was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor. Ketchup packet, French fry on the kitchen floor, beer bottle cap on bathroom floor. Makes me wonder if the bedding was even changed.

Smelled so bad! People cooking smelly food just about makes you gag. Room was clean but stunk!

Check in lady was pleasant. Room was clean. Only complaint is the bed is so very low to the ground that we could have just slept on the floor. Husband has parkinsons so was hard for him to get up and down from the bed. Need another mattress or 2.
