I never write reviews. This hotel saved me and my family last night. We found ourselves with no abailable hotel rooms in the surrounding Boise area. My grandmother relies on an air machine and her battery was getting low. This amazing hotel offered us a room and - because we were in an emergency and were only there for 10 hours, gave us a very considerate discount. When I booked the room on the company's website, it said the moon slept 3 people. When we checked in, we got a room that had only one bed. The receptionist told us that the recliner sleeps the third person. We had a accessibility room that had no recliner. The receptionist told is too bad, no other rooms. Also no ice machine.
