Me hicieron retención ( temporary hold on a hotel reservation) y nunca me la regresaron. Perdí un poco más de 2000 pesos. Llame al hotel desde México y me dijeron que me comunicara con mi banco, cosa que una devolución siempre se refleja con saldo positivo en la cuenta al momento en el que el hotel hace dicha devolución, y no es tener que llamar al banco porque es del hotel de donde debe venir y el hotel debería poder demostrar dicha devolución. Les pedí un comprobante para llamar al banco y me dijeron que no tienen comproba... read more
Service: Great! Stephanie addressed and solved all our issues very respectfully and efficiently. Thanks, Stephanie! Building: Nice, recently renovated. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. AC worked great. Location: quiet but close to restaurants and with easy access to Tucson and Kitt Peak Observatory. The bad: We had to change rooms because the ones we got had stained linens and dirty toilets. I wonder if there may be a shortage of workers in the hotel industry.
Shower was dirty had several hairs and dried shampoo. My key stopped working and Jessica at the front desk was really rude when asked to rekey my key. Jessica also made so face gestures as like she didn’t want to rekey the key
