March 8, 2025 This incident has nothing to do with our room, the stay was great. How ever the things we witnessed between the General Manager (Major Johnson) and a woman staying here were absolutely disgusting. It came to the hotel’s attention that this woman payed for her room with a stolen credit card. Instead of calling the cops the hotel decided to take all of her belongings out of the room. no bbq lighter, no bbq. came here for a steak on bbq, got a spoiled 30$ steak, in a pan, no ustensiles. come, that is a super nice hotel
Worst experience - Customer service. Not accommodating. I would look elsewhere to stay.
Really enjoyed my 2 day stay. Check In staff was friendly, efficient and very professional. Even let me choose a room from the available rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, AC worked great, plenty of hot water. Full size fridge a welcome convenience. Very quiet I believe due its location. Many great food choices within a few minute walking distance, but far enough not to disturb hotel patrons. Easy access to Interstate 19. Excellent location with mountain views. Restraunts in walking distance. Very clean newer build. Nice safe location. 100% would stay here again.
