ZERO ICE PROVIDED WITHIN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. IF YOU NEED ICE, YOU BETTER GO BUY IT BECAUSE THE FREEZER HASN'T PRODUCED ICE IN 6 HOURS! HOW HARD IS IT TO PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE ICE MACHINE DURING THE SUMMER WHEN IT'S A SCORTCHING 110° ON AVERAGE!! THAT'S ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!!! ELIMINATE SOME CRAPPY AMENITY AND ADD AN ICE MACHINE. I contacted the Hotel the day of Check-in to inform them I would not be there that night of a 2 night (prepaid) stay. I started by telling the lady I do not want to cancel. I asked if there was anyway to get some type of credit for the unused night, she said because it was booked via 3rd party that she didn't think so. She said, " I will ask the manager and call you back". No call back, my reservation was canceled with no refund. The GM Wayne Wilridge, said he could give me a discount to charge me a 3rd time lol. I'm in your hotel right now. The bed is amazing, and I want to buy this comforter for my own home. We've spent a week driving around staying in hotels, and My Place is awesome! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
We were very satisfied with our room (handicapped accessibility is far beyond what we’ve ever experienced- lowered beds and counters, shower seat in bathroom) and met all cleanliness expectations. Restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance, safe area. The room above us apparently had small children who were allowed to run wild and the noise woke us, and kept us, up for an hour and a half.
