I had a very disappointing experience with Stephanie at My Place Hotel in Tucson, Arizona. This was actually my second time staying at this location, and unfortunately this visit completely changed my impression. The first time I needed assistance, Stephanie was quick to help. Today is March 5th 2026, it's 9:41 pm . Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful, she is purposely unlinking my key card to my room door because she didn't like the fact I reported her. I've been here for going on 2 months and I've had to go back down to front desk over 20 times because my key card won't open my room , and it only happens when she is working, she always has a attitude and im tired of her .someone in management needs to talk with her i will be calling corporate tomorrow enough is enough, she's shady rude ... read more
My dog ate some meth off the floor, so we rushed her to the vet. We asked for the room and vet bill to be refunded and corporate denied us. Will never return here and be careful if you’re staying there with pets or kids!
La atención fue pesimaaaaaa tuvieron problemas con su sistema y no hicieron esperar muchísimo tiempo sin decirnos que pasaba cuando les dijimos que nos íbamos y nos salimos de la propiedad nos dijeron que mágicamente estaba solucionado. Como ya era muy tarde decidimos quedarnos llegamos a las 12 de la madrugada con niños pequeños. Entramos a la habitación y huele a sudor. HORRIBLE! El trato igual PÉSIMO
Terrible customer service. The receptionist is incredibly rude and acts like she's doing you a favor by letting you in. There's mold around the edges of the bathroom and the water pressure is awful.
