My family stayed on Friday 3/14 - Sunday 3/16 2025. We booked the hotel because it advertised that breakfast is included and the rooms were equipped with a kitchenette. To our great disappointment there was no breakfast and no cooking supplies or utensils. For an additional fee we had to rent the cooking supplies and utensils. I had a terrible experience at this hotel on December 31, 2024. Despite booking my room well in advance for a one-night stay (December 31 to January 1), my check-in process was a disaster. The check-in time was clearly stated as 3:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 2:45 PM, I was told to wait. By 4:00 PM-more than an hour past the scheduled time-my room was still not ready.
