5/9-5/11 Never will I stay here again while my kids were playing on the ground they found old dog poop. They changed us rooms but couldn’t stop thinking about what had happened. Requested a refund 3rd party and the GM only approved $25 🤦♀️. BS! Expensive and dirty if you have children be careful who knows how long that shit had been sitting .

My family stayed on Friday 3/14 - Sunday 3/16 2025. We booked the hotel because it advertised that breakfast is included and the rooms were equipped with a kitchenette. To our great disappointment there was no breakfast and no cooking supplies or utensils. For an additional fee we had to rent the cooking supplies and utensils. Friday night our toilet was clogged and we could not use it, the staff could not fix it, there was no maintenance or management on site. We were not offered another room.
