Very comfortable and clean rooms for the price. We stayed in a pet room that was clean and well maintained.
My go to hotel when I'm in Kalispell. I have stayed here almost 10 times, at various times of the year, for multiple days, and have never had a problem, except for inconsiderate guests letting the room doors SLAM shut, and parents that allow their children to run around screaming. I love the kitchenette set up, with full size fridge, large microwave, and 2 spot cook top. Save a lot of $$ not having to eat out for every meal. I, myself found the water tastes funny, so when I stay, I bring a case of bottled water.
I was here recently, my only gripes are the TV keep shutting off and there are no available channels after 1 a.m. so i connected my youtube channel but every time the tv shut off i would have to reconnect it. That happened twice a day and i was here from novemer 26 to december 2nd. Also i went to the front desk to get an ethernet cable because the pamphlet says to dial 0 if we need one but the phone doesnt work, anyway i asked the lady at the front desk if i can get an ethernet cord and she said they dont have any, and then ... read more
