We were at the hotel for over a month while our apartment was being renovated and my special needs son, black Lab & I could not have been more content with our stay. Maintenance was helpful and very personable. Housekeeping came every 4 days to replenish supplies. As to over all staff-Bruce, Jessica, Jared, Aurora and Madison were our favorites. The Kalispell area sees hotel prices jump like crazy during summer months, so this is a more budget-friendly option. The room was fine, and it has a kitchenette with a full sized fridge. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was hair in it, but we didn’t care enough to call down. The hotel has very few amenities. It has no continental breakfast. No fitness center. Stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, staff was very friendly. My ONLY complaint is the smell of stale cigarettes. The property states that they are non smoking but you can clearly smell cigarettes inside the building.
