Very helpful staff, close to the Marine Base and prices perfectly!!!
I went to visit family for the weekend and stayed here it was amazing ! The customer service was definitely the highlight Sydney helped me and was the most welcoming person ever she definitely made the stay 10/10 for me will stay here my net trip as well :)
I would like to review from the perspective of a Military Family, moving from overseas with small children: My Place Hotel has been wondering to us. Convenient Laundry location just downstairs, a quiet area for breakfast which is also a game room + TV. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful both front desk, management and housekeeping! Absolutely love my stay here as a first time My place customer. It was a great location to everything you need. The staff was amazing and the manager Rusty is top notch. My room was cleaned to perfection, my stay was quiet, plenty of parking right by the doors. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. If your a military family looking to stay in the Jacksonville area i can’t recommend this place enough. I enjoyed my stay and all the advice the staff gave. Even the 24 hr coffee in the lobby was good.
