Had an great stay at the hotel !! We did experience a maintenance issue but Dara was amazing and helped us immediately with the problem + she did an awesome job even when it was late at night. Super super sweet person to everyone, easy check in , greeted us everytime we walked in , and always had a good vibe !! <3
My partner and I had an amazing stay and Dara was such a great help.We had maintenance issues in our room and with no one available for maintenance Dara was able to help us and solve our problem.The sevice here was amazing.
Was there for Matt’s Off Road games and Dara and Vicki were wonderful hosts. It was super busy and they kept up with the challenge! Will be staying here every time I go to Hurricane!
It is a really nice hotel, but the key cards only worked for one day, I Had to get a new one every day. The day shift employees were great. The night shift and evening shift employees were never to be found. One employee really stood out, Her name was Zara, She was always greeting everyone and asking how their day went and if there was anything she could do for you. If it wasn't for the key cards never working and the other missing employees when you needed something, I would rate the hotel a 5 star.
This was such a nice place to stay. Dara welcomed me so warmly every time I saw her at the desk that I asked to friend her on Facebook! The full size fridge was so helpful. The pool is small but it’s luxuriously landscaped so it feels cozy.
