Basic hotel, basic pricing. It was super clean and new. The staff was nice. The location was perfect and the pricing was good.
Avoid at all costs!! Noise issues and unfriendly staff. The room next to me was throwing a party at midnight. Denny and Brad at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes saying that a noise issue with another room is not justification for me to switch rooms. They refused repeatedly. "hotels do not just give guests other rooms" "you cannot just come to me with your solution in mind" "you need to wait at least 15 minutes after we talk to them to see in case they turn it down" Why? Very kind staff and great management
Clean rooms with a kitchenette. I was excited to cook as we arrive there for work but was disappointed as they do not provide cookware, dishes and cutlery. I was told that everyone just gets a cheap set at Walmart. Hmm but they do provide dish soap (but no dishes).
