Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I was over charged by $100+ dollars. The GM assured me that the price was the same on hotels.com and encouraged me to cancel my room that I booked directly with them. We were there for a hockey tournament and the entire team got the cheaper rates for the exact same room. They are unwilling to refund the money they overcharged me for. There were kids running up and down the halls and there was nobody at the front desk and the phone number to call wouldn’t go through. It only that but the price online was completely inaccurate and I was charged $50

A very clean hotel! The staff were all wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Hannah at the front desk wanted to deny my service because of something she felt like was justifiable. Which is unfair. You are there for the customer I cannot count the amount of times I have had a rude employee!!! It's a horrible establishment
