My place is Best place to stay in grand rapids. Newly built property. Cleaning is top notch. Ambience is the best. Once you stay in my place you don't think of any other hotel. Rooms are equipped with stovetop, microwave, Doubledoor refrigerator. Washroom has a bathtub and has anytime hot water. Rooms are equipped with cooler cum heater with carpet to have cozy recliners are present in each room. Pool is clean and staff are very polite. The manager does not empower employees to make any decisions regarding matching prices. And, she/he isn't there all the time and has no way to solve problems when she/he isn't there. I wouldn't stay here again with such lack of management skill. What would happen if the staff really had an emergency?

Issue with being double charged - despite 3 calls to hotel, I am still trying to get this resolved. I paid $200/night for a Saturday and Sunday night stay. This is not a $200/night hotel.
