The customer service we experienced was rude, we booked our rooms 6 months in advance paid online however at check in they did not have the size rooms we booked available. After hours we finally took a smaller room, which we were then charged additionally for. At this time we paid for 3 rooms however only had 2 rooms one which was not appropriate size for our group. This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are spotless and cozy. They are very pet friendly and even welcomed my dog with a treat! Brian was at the front desk and he was so welcoming, informative and kind. I truly can’t believe how high the quality is for such an affordable price.
A most FANTASTIC hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious room and excellent staff. Loved the full size refer. Even had staff vacuuming the laundry room. Front desk made us decaf coffee. Good dog walk areas, but avoid the rear bc there’s a steep drop off down a hill. Highly recommend!
