I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my reservation request has been handled. I made a reservation at your hotel for this weekend. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected change in my work schedule, my work assignment has been postponed to next week. As a result, I contacted the hotel and requested a simple change of the reservation dates from this weekend to the following weekend. So far, in likes. Kitchen, stove, auto icemaker, coffee machine and lots of space. Even allow animals
This was one of the most unwelcoming hotel experiences we have ever had. I would strongly recommend that prospective guests think twice before booking. We booked through Booking.com, which was trouble-free. Our 7 day stay was prepaid and totaled $1,449.47. The problems started at check-in. We were told there was only one housekeeper working and our room was not ready, come back later. We travel with a small dog.
