I stayed at the hotel the night of 10/5/25 and noticed 33+ bed bug bites the next day on my drive home. I've experienced bed bugs before (different hotel) and it was a nightmare to get rid of them (needed heat treatment of our home, which is expensive), so I am confident in the exposure at My Place. This caused a lot of stress trying to safely to do laundry, unpack, throw away, and plastic bag items when I returned home, as well as monitor my home incase anything was missed. I feel bad... I forgot names! But the staff was very friendly! The room was very clean and had a nice layout!
First time staying at a MY PLACE hotel. I chose it over a VRBO house rental because it had a kitchen (fridge, sink, cooktop, microwave). My surprise was that even though the kitchen was in great shape it DID NOT have plates, coffee cups, utensils, or cookware of any kind in the room! This should have been stated on the reservation website. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
Room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious with nice amenities. It exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
