Great experiences with the staff. Max was awesome.
I was scared to stay here because of other reviews, but everything was amazing. The front desk guy was super kind, and let my dance partner change his phone at the front desk. We saw one dog and usually that's a bad sign but the dog was well trained on a leash and didnt bark once for the entire night. I recommend staying here it's cheap well worked has some of the kindest workers there. The rooms were amazing the ac worked and there is a restaurant right next to it if you're hungry. Terrible staff. They allow loose dogs inside the hotel. Aggressive dogs that growl and lunge at people. Made several complaints and absolutely nothing was done about the aggressive dogs. When I made the complaint about loose off leash dogs the front desk guy literally told the person who had the off leash dog that it was me making the complaint. He literally pointed at me and said “this person is complaining about you”. Absolutely unprofessional.
Above and beyond expectations in all categories.
My favorite hotel chain. From the workers at the front desk to house keeping, everyone is super friendly. Very clean.very welcoming for pups!
