Trying to do a late late check in (like 2am), no one is here. Hotel left completely accessible with no staff. We even walked through all the floors Trying to find someone to help us. Wasted money booking online I can't get back. So disappointed. Edit- was finally able to find someone and check in after about an hour
Michael is a great manager. This place is super clean and it’s a great deal. I love the full kitchen. The cleanliness is appreciated. Mostly, I enjoyed the customer service provided by Ali Danielle and Anaya. They were happy to help me with almost anything providing me with many suggestions as far as entertainment, food, and drink go. I was happy with all of their suggestions and they even helped me find a job and help me prepare for it with résumé prep, I feel like they went above and beyond. I am so grateful.
