This hotel is a perfect location for concerts and shows! We were able to walk comfortably to the old Mill District and had a great service. There's plenty of parking and our room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the elevator. It's insanely slow and we used the stairs to come and go.
Great place to stay in Bend for the money. The hotel is clean and well run. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Mill District. We walked to the concerts at the nearby amphitheater. We also walked our dog on the river walk paths near the hotel. The hotel was a great base camp for our Bend adventures. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Josh the General Manager is very professional and took great care of us as well.
Our room wreaked of the smell of wet dog. Desk staff was rude and unwilling to help.
