Great place to stay in Bend for the money. The hotel is clean and well run. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Mill District. We walked to the concerts at the nearby amphitheater. We also walked our dog on the river walk paths near the hotel. The hotel was a great base camp for our Bend adventures. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Josh the General Manager is very professional and took great care of us as well.
Our room wreaked of the smell of wet dog. Desk staff was rude and unwilling to help.
Nice clean, well made room. Very good, new condition. Nothing fancy. I felt it was a little overpriced with the lack of breakfast, fitness center and pool. The parking lot was not full in the middle of summer.
I travel for work... ever heard of dynamic pricing... yeah its $500 to stay here cause a band is in town. wow! and they only have 4 rooms left, so you numbs are paying it, wow more! the phone gal was great though!
