Clean rooms, friendly staff, but no ice machine. I drink alot of ice water, but had to wait 3 hours for the ice maker in my room to make ice. First hotel I've ever been to that didn't have an ice machine.
My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times but this time was different, we live in the area and I was scheduled for surgery on our check out day. The night before I called and asked for a late check out at noon because my surgery was at 1. The phone rang in the room and someone just sat there breathing heavily then a house keeper knocked on the door and was rude to my husband and then they called again and shut off our key cards .
