The night staff was WONDERFUL!! And very accommodating!!! HOWEVER….. the morning staff was EXTREMELY rude and made several condescending comments under their breaths towards my husband and I.
Rooms are big clean which my family liked. The in room kitchen is useless unless you bring your own utensils, which most folks don't pack on vacation. There was nothing on the website that indicated this. We were planning on offsetting the cost by fixing breakfast in the room. I'm sure not all rooms are this way and I know mechanical issues happen but the ac didn't work in our room. Had it sit on 63 and we still were hot all night. Room smells like weed and bad B.O. shower doesn't drain. Television set up is extremely odd. Blond robust gal at front desk was busy eating and unable to assist with any issues.
