Room smells like weed and bad B.O. shower doesn't drain. Television set up is extremely odd. Blond robust gal at front desk was busy eating and unable to assist with any issues.
Most important for us is cleanliness and it was clean. No breakfast "buffet", only in your room. Which was fine with us, we're not huge breakfast people. No decaf coffee ready but they offered to make some. Super friendly staff. We will try this brand again.
Genuine people, friendly, nice, and accommodating. Clearly ran to a higher level than most places I’ve stayed at and you can tell the staff cares.
We recently stayed at My Place Hotel in Beatrice, NE for our son's wedding and had a great experience! We stayed two nights and were able to reserve a block of rooms for our guests. I had lots of email communication with Jon Henderson, and he was incredibly easy to work with—super helpful and responsive. While breakfast wasn't included, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a reliable and friendly place to stay in the area!
