The female manager with tattoos was almost in a defense mode all the time for questions , yelling like in a school to call me when my turn came. i was asking question related to the place and their policies , but seems like I didn't have other choice than take it or leave it . The general manager Rakkem jackson is rude and Obnoxious. Care more about his meeting than providing service to the customer. If it wasn't that my company is paying for the room. I would have left this place. The night concierge is not much better. The assistant manager is a sweetheart very helpful.
Staff definitely isn’t very polite or kind. Rude would be a good description . No breakfast. go elsewhere for 100$ plus you’ll least get breakfast. Lazy staff
I want to share some things about My Place Hotel in Lithia springs Georgia something need to change thats including management. The managers are very unprofessional can't have a decent conversation with you about a room your staying a night in they are bringing there personal problems here and we all are fed up some of us are afraid that during our stay we are going to get bitten up because the housekeepers are not cleaning the rooms not dusting ,vacuuming the floors cleaning the bathroom etc... it's a lot of stuff going on ... read more
