Kumar & Heidi were amazing to deal with. We had things set up to help my mom. They were fabulous. Due to some changes in health and moving out of her home, we did not use the services as long as I would have liked to, but the care, concern and complete understanding was incredible. All they want to do is help and make sure everyone is happy and safe.
We are very pleased with this service. The ladies, Ireen and Aghogho, spend time with my parents and are very helpful with household tasks as well as being good company for them. They are helpful, kind, and compassionate. Everything you would want from someone who is helping to look after your loved ones.
I really cannot say enough about the compassion and creative problem solving I found when working with the management at MyPlace. Kumar and his team are ready to assist 24/7. They always treat my family and I with not only a personalized approach, but with the utmost dignity. They are sensitive to the institutional chaos faced by families in crisis. When there was a sudden need for our mother to have extra assistance after an operation, we did not know where to turn to for help. Called My Place Homecare after doing a search for local homecare suppliers and were glad to find them. They responded quickly and were able to set up services for our mother faster than we had hoped.
