I’d say it might work if you’re just dealing with lighter stuff, but for anything deeper I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. A big part of therapy is feeling safe, and I never really felt that. I couldn’t fully trust them or relax enough to open up, which kind of defeats the whole point. It's been a few years since I've worked with them. If you're issues are serious, do not go to them. They had dropped me from their program after I had gone to a PHP program (that they themselves reffered me to!) and left me with no referrals to any other professionals or offices... (Which is something that they're required to do) Professional in some ways, completely lacking in others.
