Really wouldn't rent from Marshall Mi until he changes park management
Cheaper living then anywhere else and great neighbors....bought trailer so not sure how rent to owe is
My Place at Heritage Estates sold my husband & myself a mobile home & this happened only 6 months after moving in. It was supposed to have been FIXED when we moved in. Our park managers (Rose & Ron) are fine because they have nothing to do with this. It is the MAIN management company who is selling people with families trailers in this condition. This is NOT okay.
