I had my first appointment today with Oliver - absolutely excellent service!
I was incredibly disappointed with my session at MyPhysio Group. Theo Costa didn’t seem to listen to my concerns and provided very little help during my treatment. It felt rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had high hopes for my appointment at MyPhysio Group, but it was a disaster. Theo Costa barely engaged with me, and I didn’t feel like my health was a priority. The service was cold and ineffective, and I’m really disappointed in how I was treated. Come on guys we should be better than that....
Unfortunately, my experience with MyPhysio Group and Theo Costa was awful. I felt ignored and rushed through the session, with little to no personal care. It’s frustrating to pay for such a poor level of service.
Warrick is a wonderful physio with great knowledge and a very caring nature.
