I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza I specifically ordered with no cheese due to dietary restrictions—only to open the box and find it had feta cheese on it. When I called the store, the manager asked one of the employees if he added feta cheese, and the employee admitted that he did. Yet, instead of immediately apologizing and issuing a refund, the manager told me he’d send the driver back to retrieve the pizza before processing any refund.
