Something shady is going on here. Vet tries to manipulate you by using classic tactics… Speaks weirdly fast like she’s on crack, speaks over you, uses big words so you don’t know what she’s talking about, doesn’t take no for an answer, tries to make you buy stuff you don’t need, doesn’t understand the word “No”… You can tell she just wants your money and doesn’t seem to have soft skills or understand social cues. Never going back. And DEFINITELY not letting my pets stay overnight there.
Called around to find a vet that sees exotic pets. My Pets Vet was recommended. Called the Fields Ertel location and was able to get an appointment that afternoon for our bearded dragon, Argyle. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the engagement with the veterinarian. Definitely recommend.
Went to get heartworm, flee and tick meds. Left with none of the above and a $480 bill after 2 hours for nothing.
