Dr. Beatty and his team have always taken excellent care of my 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks and treated me with respect. They are so friendly and appear to love my dogs like I do. They are spoiled when they go there and I am spoiled because I am always the only person there. Their model of care is individual, one on one so we never feel rushed. We leave feeling taken care of without questions. I can't imagine going anywhere esle. We are blessed to have them so close to take care of our furry family members.
Jeannine Doctor and staff are top-notch, knowledgeable, caring and go beyond the call of duty to care for my pets. My cats are elderly and have significant old-age problems but their quality of life increased dramatically under Dr. Beatty's care.
A Comfortable Place We been going here for 6 years since we adopted our first Golden Retriever. Now we have two and may soon be getting a third! Our older one has had some problems, but they've always helped him feel better. You can't turn back the clock but it's important to have a good quality of life. That makes us feel better too because we love our dogs so much. We know they're getting good care. There is my two cents. Thanks!
Mequon Pet Owner STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET! I read reviews about this vet and so it was my own fault that I got suckered. The previous reviews stated exactly what happened. I called for a complete quote on getting my pets teeth cleaned and was given a price quite a bit cheaper than my regular vet. It was explained that I would also need an exam to make sure everything was ok with my pet (and my vet had just given one and said all that was needed was a teeth cleaning). My Pet's Vet, Animal Hospital/Veterinary Clinic, Greater Milwaukee Area Initially, I just stopped in unannounced at My Pet's Vet and the receptionist Kate took me on tour. I got a good vibe. The clinic is quaint and clean. The equipment is new which is a big contrast to the other vet clinics that I have seen. The staff have always been very sweet. Exotic Pet Vet – It is so hard to locate a Veterinarian who sees exotics,reptiles ,birds ,etc. Dr. Ron Beatty was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Gecko who was ill .He was very thorough and compassionate. My pet is now on the mend .The exam fee was very reasonable compared to other exotic Vets I've priced.It was worth the 25 mile trip .
New in Mequon – We just moved to Mequon from Chicago. Our neighbors recommended this clinic to us because they like it and take their cats there. The staff and doctor seemed care about our dog. The visit was thorough and it didn't feel rushed. They answered all my questions well. We like having one vet be our dog's vet, so we know he knows our dog.
Don't go here. Big Disappointment. I've had some bad experiences at this vet. He barely said anything and didn't even really examine my pet. When I asked him about the symptoms my pet was suffering from, all he said was I could do more tests and schedule an additional appt. He was disinterested, not helpful and he seemed like he was flustered or preoccupied with something else on some of our visits. Great customer service! – The staff and vet and genuinely nice. They take time with my visits and there is no rush. They care for my dog, cat and Cockatoo-they see all types of pets. The facility is new and clean and it doesn't smell at all like a veterinary clinic. I have had pets and vets since I was a kid. This clinic is my favorite.
