The staff was Super friendly and caring, they love their job and it shows!!! Highly recommend
Amazing staff ,great product this is my second brace my dog tore both her ACLs the cost $16,000 and risk for surgery was not an option these braces allowed my baby to thrive.
When our nearly 13 year old puppy tore his (second) CCL, we were devastated thinking about putting him through surgery again at his age. Our vet recommended My Pet’s Brace for a custom-made brace. The folks at My Pet’s Brace are terrific, and the process was rapid and smooth. We’re about a month in and so far so good! Really grateful to have this option for our best boy.
The wonderful staff at My Pet Brace are both very kind and extremely knowledgeable. From start of the process of fitting my dog with two hind leg braces to introducing her to them (she loves her braces for the stability they give) to the follow up customer care —- all top-notch! I would be the first to recommend them to anyone who loves their furry friend who might be needing these high-quality mobility aids
