Our condominium in Falls Church hired this company a few years ago. Over the last couple of years service has declined. We were never informed when visits had taken place. We had to remind them to perform routine services such as checking the vermin boxes. Recently we asked for glue boxes to be replaced as they were three month overdue and filled with insects. Though we were told a visit had taken place the said boxes had not been replaced. It is unfortunate, but this companty did not meet our expectations.
