I had an excellent experience with this extermination team. They addressed a German cockroach problem with professionalism and attention to detail. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained the treatment thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, they took extra precautions to ensure the products used were safe for my child, who is very sensitive. Reliable, respectful, and highly knowledgeable — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Jay and his team are thorough, effective and most importantly, reassuring. They were also very helpful, timely and accommodating. Hoping that you won’t need them but if you do, I recommend them any day and twice on Sunday!

My Pest Exterminator was terrific. He was quickly available, came to my house in a couple of hours. All the issues (mice) were thoroughly explained and after explaining the (very reasonable) rate, went to work. Whereas it’s only been two days, I feel confident he has fixed the problem. I feel that I could call him and he would return without delay. So, at least for now, I’m pest free. I highly recommend “My Pest Exterminator.”
