We hired them in February 2017 and we are going to book them again this February 2018. Midway Airport to Lombard. They were prompt courteous and sent a photo to my phone of what the cab looked like so we knew what to look for when we got out of the airport. I was very happy with their service. No wait time, very nice driver.
This company is the worst. We got an e-mail the day we landed tell us we were canceled. We were coming from Mexico and did not get the message until we landed. It was 10:30 at night on a Sunday with no way to get home. This company should not be in business.
I worked as a driver for this company for 6 months, this is a TERRIBLE company to work for. Absolute lies to your face. You DON'T make near the money they claim. You WILL spend much more than they say, and they are so rude and unprofessional, I HATED working for them. I'm a decent hard working person needed a job, please don't make the mistake I did, I would NOT work for this company if I knew how crappy they treat the drivers. They have a great service and great price. My driver showed up 20 min early! I wish every service I use was this good.
I have used them several times and always pleased. My driver was on time and his car was very clean. He called when he was on the way and I appreciated the personal touch. My rate was very reasonable and they didn't try to nickel and dime me with extra charges. I will definitely continue to use them.
Nice company. I have used them for a few weeks and the cars have always been clean and the drivers very courteous. They are prompt and that is the main thing I look for. Never any problems so I would definitely recommend them.
I have worked here about 3 months now. Pretty nice folks and company. Make pretty good money, driving a nice, clean car that gets good gas mileage. I worked for a big company before this and they stuck me in a crown vic that got about 10 mpg and was very noisy and had rust & dents in it. My MPT car gets about 24 mpg and runs smooth. Makes working here great and the money is good too.
MPT is the best. I have used them for 3 months traveling to and from the airports every week. I have had several different drivers and all were great. The cars were clear and the air conditioning blowing cold in 100 degree heat. I was very happy every time. I will use them for a long time to come. This is the best taxi service I have ever used and I travel extensively for my job! Thanks again My Personal Taxi!
That this is a shady operation. The cars are old and run down. Also do not know if they are safe for the highway. The employees are changed on a regular basis, and are not trained in any way in customer service,
