Love My Pampered Pooch! Awesome staff that always takes great care of my 3 pups!
How could you not love ms.lori and her staff?? My bulldog prances in and our normally skittish cali doesn't even hesitate to let her staff take her back. I've never been disappointed once and have been using my pampered pooch for about 1.5 now !! Outstanding service!!
There's no one like Lori. She instantly becomes part of your family. My newest puppy, Beau, had his first appointment today and he looks so clean and adorable. I might have to take him every other day to KEEP him that way!!!

I absolutely love Lori and everyone at My Pampered Pooch! I buy my dog food there, wash my dogs there, and get my dogs groomed there. I refuse to go anywhere else! I have a special needs dog and they are so great with her. I am always satisfied with my dog's grooms. I highly recommend My Pampered Pooch to all my friends!

We dropped off Louie first time this morning for a clean up and trim at Pampered Pooch. We had been looking at a new groomer since moving from the north side of town. Louie came in as a Cavalier King Charles, he came out as a Beagle, completely short shaven, losing all the characteristics of a King Cavalier. We gave detailed instructions, none of them were followed. All we got was a lame apology, absolutely customer-no-service, no "let me make it up to you and make you happy for the next time". When Louie came in for his groom it When Louie first came in it was obvious it had been some time since his last groom. He required 4 baths to get him clean. The grooming terms the owner provided we were not that familiar with. She wanted cat feet and short britches and his body short. Some days no matter how hard you try to accomplish the style of groom an owner wants you miss the mark...this was one we totally missed! Mama was very upset and understandably.
